> Tulum

The project consists of nine apartments distributed across three levels within the Aldea Maya development in Tulum, Mexico. The building's design aims to maximize the connection between the interior and exterior, taking full advantage of the region's dense vegetation and natural richness. The apartments on the first and second levels feature spacious terraces, while those on the ground floor have private gardens.

The floor plan is L-shaped, with two apartments located along the long side and one on the short side. A central staircase organizes circulation across the levels and leads to the apartments, ensuring residents' privacy by preventing direct views between the windows of different units. A covered roof garden, for communal use, offers panoramic views of the lush surrounding vegetation.
