The project, in collaboration with Estudio Lamela, was born from the client’s need to renew the concept of a bank branch, moving away from the traditional institutional image and targeting a younger audience that can relate to a more dynamic, innovative, modern, and casual look.

To achieve this, the bank’s operational and administrative areas were minimized, giving the user as much space as possible both inside and outside the branch (including an outdoor area for the ATM and a waiting space). An optimal environment was created through the use of waiting areas, a service bar with high stools, and monitors displaying videos and bank information. The lighting is provided by recessed spotlights in a smooth ceiling. Materials such as glass, aluminum, and wood with plastic laminates in the bank’s signature colors were used.

The overall image of the branch is defined by a three-dimensional play of planes in the corporate colors (white, gray, and red). This design will be adapted in several universities throughout Mexico.
