> pórtico Zibatá

Located near the Fray Junípero Serra interchange and within the Zibatá development, the project, in collaboration with Estudio Lamela, is positioned on the main access avenue at the edge of the subdivision, covering an approximate area of 250.00 m². It has a 42.00-meter frontage along the main access avenue. The topography of the site presents a slight slope towards the southwest, with a height difference of 1.80 meters, sloping from east to west. The main function of the building is to mark the entrance, and provide control and surveillance for the subdivision.

The proposed project is divided into three main parts:
The surveillance and access control booths, located on the central flanks of the portico near one of the 3 access and exit lanes, each at different levels due to the site's topography.
The basement, which houses the exit booth and the machine room, designed with prismatic volumes and massive facades, contrasting with the elevated part of the building, which features simple shapes, light colors, and lightweight materials.
A parking lot within the subdivision with 3 spaces for patrol cars or private vehicles temporarily.
