At the Prime Park industrial development, in collaboration with Marván Arquitectos, the main entrance portico, exhibition center, commercial area, auditorium, and central recreation areas of the industrial complex were designed. Materials such as concrete, steel, aluminum, and perforated steel sheets were used to emphasize the industrial character of the area, while giving it a distinctive design compared to neighboring industrial parks.
The main entrance is defined by both vehicular and pedestrian access, with a structure that provides sun and rain protection for all entry and exit lanes, as well as the surrounding areas related to access controls. This entry point is complemented by landscape design, incorporating vegetation and natural elements. The park's central space includes an auditorium, commercial premises, and a recreational area for the occupants. This is important not only for fostering social cohesion within the industrial area but also for promoting corporate and training events.
