This urban master plan, designed in collaboration with Estudio Lamela, brings to life a Sports City and Leisure City, set to become a dynamic and sustainable epicenter.
Sports City
At the heart of Sports City, there are soccer fields of various sizes, ranging from "large" for 11-a-side football to "small" for 7-a-side football. An exhibition stadium, parking lots, and a comprehensive service building—including a medical center, gym, and administrative areas—define this vibrant space. An iconic landmark featuring LED screens, green areas, and a seamless connection with tree-lined walkways and canals creates an environment ideal for sporting events, competitions, and engagement with the natural surroundings.
Sports Center
The sports center, with its facilities and canoeing channel, broadens the sports offering. The landscape design and canals contribute to a harmonious Green City.
Leisure City
Leisure City offers a diverse range of experiences. An open-air stage, interactive football museum, recreational lake, and tree-lined walkways provide a relaxed, cultural atmosphere. The connection to the Forest Park, water channels, and green areas enhances the immersive experience.
Business Area
The football and sports business parks accommodate offices, startups, and sports technology companies. The commercial boulevard, specialty shops, museum, restaurants, and cafes create an ideal environment for commerce and innovation.
Education Area
Specialized schools in refereeing, football business, sports physiotherapy, and more strengthen the educational foundation. Football foundations and the use of natural lighting enhance sustainability.
