The project, in collaboration with Estudio Lamela, is located in the Chapultepec corridor in Mexico City, a strategic area due to its connections to main roads and its urban appeal. The development consists of several residential towers interconnected through common spaces and corridors on the ground floor.
The complex includes 296 housing units distributed across buildings of up to 18 stories. The smallest building contains 50 units, while the largest houses 166. Each building has independent access points, circulation paths, and central cores. Commercial and office spaces are situated on the lower levels, while parking and service areas are located in the basement. The penthouse and roof garden levels provide panoramic views of the city and the Chapultepec forest.
The residences are arranged in a two-level intertwined layout, offering increased privacy within each unit. Additionally, this configuration enhances the sense of spaciousness by separating social and private areas on the upper and lower levels of each apartment.
