> pórtico Zibatá
The building, designed in collaboration with Estudio Lamela, has as its main function to mark the entrance to the residential complex, while also addressing control and security needs.
Located near the Fray Junípero Serra interchange and within the Zibatá development, the project is situated on the main access avenue, at the edge of the complex, occupying an approximate area of 250.00 m².
The plot has a 42.00-meter frontage along the main avenue and features a natural slope descending from east to west, with a height difference of 1.80 meters that defines the arrangement of the volumes.
The architectural proposal is organized into three main elements:
• Security and access control booths. Positioned on the central flanks of the portico, adjacent to one of the three entrance and exit lanes. Each booth is developed on a different level to adapt to the site’s natural topography.
• The basement. This element houses the exit booth and the machine room, resolved through prismatic volumes with solid façades that create a contrast with the elevated building, defined by simple forms, light materials, and bright tones.
• Parking area. Located within the complex, it provides three spaces designated for patrols or temporary private vehicles.
The project integrates operational functions of control and security with a clear and contemporary architectural presence, establishing a distinctive landmark at the entrance to the development.
