The project combines clean lines and cantilevered volumes to create an office building with a contemporary aesthetic that stands out within its urban surroundings.
The façade, composed of steel and glass, opens up with large glazed surfaces that allow natural light to flood the interiors, creating a bright and welcoming work environment.
The building is organized into two basement levels for parking, a ground floor dedicated to shared spaces — including coworking areas, meeting rooms, a conference hall, lounge areas, and a café — and three upper levels with modular offices designed to adapt to different profiles and needs.
On the first floor, a shared terrace connects the building to its immediate surroundings, bringing natural light and ventilation to all interior spaces.
