> lomas shopping center
The project is located on a strategically positioned plot at the intersection of De los Beatos Avenue and De los Santos Avenue.
The triangular site is oriented toward the main roundabout and the central park of Lomas del Campanario Norte in Santiago de Querétaro.
With an area of 3,257.83 m², the site provides vehicular access from both avenues, each with two lanes.
In addition, three pedestrian entrances are planned: the main one facing the roundabout, another on De los Beatos Avenue, and a third from the parking area.
The topography is mostly flat, with a slight 60 cm slope running west to east across the plot.
The Lomas Shopping Center stands out for its 4,620 m² of construction distributed over two levels.
The design is composed of two diagonal volumes parallel to the avenues and a central volume parallel to the rear boundary.
These volumes enclose an interior garden that visually connects the three bodies and enhances the spatial experience.
The triangular form of the project reinforces its integration with the central park of Lomas del Campanario Norte and the surrounding green areas, creating a natural continuity with the urban and landscape context.
In total, the shopping center will house 33 retail spaces: 13 on the ground floor and 21 on the upper floor. Three of these units stand out for featuring mezzanines and double-height spaces, expanding their usability and character.
This development aims not only to meet the commercial needs of the area but also to contribute aesthetic and functional value to its surroundings, making the most of the triangular morphology of the site.
The project was designed in collaboration with Marván Arquitectos.
