> edificio Neuchatel

The project consists of three underground parking levels and twenty above-ground floors.

The ground floor houses a retail area, the main lobby providing access to the tower, and entrances to shared amenities such as the gym. Two exterior gardens—one facing FFCC de Cuernavaca and the other facing Lago Neuchatel—integrate the building with its immediate surroundings.

The interior layout organizes functions and amenities across different levels.

On Level 01, there are spaces such as a Business Center, classrooms, game rooms, a gym, and a daycare, offering areas dedicated to work, education, and leisure. Level 02 is home to garden residences with flexible living spaces that open onto two large green terraces oriented toward the primary and secondary gardens.

From Level 03 to 17, typical floors accommodate apartments in various configurations, adaptable to different family needs.

In Penthouses 01 and 02, additional residences are combined with exclusive amenities such as lounges, relaxation and reading areas, and a green terrace equipped with an outdoor cinema and a smoking area.

On the covered amenity floor, the project offers a flexible space ideal for events, with panoramic views, relaxation zones, a snack bar, and a paddle court, creating a social and recreational environment for residents.

With its “T”-shaped design, the building optimizes façade length, reducing costs and improving its relationship with adjacent structures. It is organized into two autonomous volumes connected by a glass body that contains the main lobby and visually links the surrounding green spaces.
